We're developing the programme for Treasury in Housing 2024, which will be held on 10 October. We want to showcase examples of the best work being taken throughout the housing association sector.

We would like to hear from housing associations, investors, building societies, private equity funds, capital markets funds.

Some key themes we'd like to focus on include:

  • AI in treasury management for social housing
  • Empowering governance: enhancing NED input in treasury decision-making
  • Equity in Action: exploring investment options for housing associations
  • To BBB and back: navigating credit ratings in social housing finance
  • Charting a path for ESG reporting
  • Aligning purpose: demystifying treasury for customer
  • The evolving role of treasury and treasurers

We're also open to suggestions and are really keen to work with new people, organisations and speakers from a range of backgrounds.
